parents guidance during exams

While children are writing their exams, parents need guidelines on how to assist their children during this time. Parents should assist their children in a positive and supportive ways to ease stress. Here are a few pointers that might help parents to assist them: create a structured environment in the home. Provide healthy meals on a regular basis. Parents should be the support system. Don't try to write exams for your child. Don't expect your child to study all the time, allow them time to relax. Do not compare your child with an older sibling. Remember each child is different in their way of studying. Most importantly when a child returns home after an exam, show interest and ask them how it went.
