We all experience tension and worry in our everyday lives. This is normal anxiety and is functional to the individual, helping us to face everyday demands and challenges. But when anxiety becomes intense and pervasive, it significantly impairs our daily living. Generalised Anxiety Disorder is much more than normal anxiety.
