Matric Support Group

Join Our Weekly Matric Support Group - Supporting You Through Exam Season:

The Matric exams mark a significant milestone in every learner's life, but the journey leading up to these exams can be filled with overwhelming pressure and stress. With the culmination of 12 years of hard work, many learners feel that their entire future hinges on these final tests. The expectations from parents, teachers, schools, and even friends can turn "normal" exam stress into something far more intense and debilitating.

At SADAG, we understand the immense pressure Matrics face during this crucial time. That’s why we’re hosting our weekly Matric Support Group, dedicated to helping learners navigate the challenges of the exam period. Our goal is to create a safe space where Matrics can connect, share their experiences, and learn practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety.

Each week, we’ll cover a range of topics related to the exam period, from effective study techniques to coping with exam-day nerves. Our sessions are designed not just to help learners perform at their best but to remind them that their well-being is just as important as their academic success. We want Matrics to know that they are valued for more than just the marks they achieve and that no exam can define their worth or future potential.

By joining our Matric Support Group, learners can gain valuable insights, reduce their anxiety, and feel empowered to tackle their exams with confidence. Our supportive community is here to remind them that, no matter the outcome, they are loved, accepted, and capable of achieving great things in life.

Let’s face this exam season together, with resilience and hope.
